(September 9, 2019, 4:10 pm)What impressed us was that Dean always treated us the same way each time we came in. He was always there to answer questions in a courteous and friendly manner. We probably came in at least 4 times in the last year to look over his great inventory. On our most recent visit, we decided to trade our pickup for a more recent sedan (Sonata). We've had our new car for more than 2 weeks now and couldn't be happier.

Dean was awesome. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured or deceived or any of the typical of buying a car. I didn't have to deal with a bunch of different people...just Dean. He shot us straight from the get-go.
The car was priced as "good deal" on Car Gurus so that was nice from the beginning... no haggling.
This must be why they have so many return customers. I def recommend Access Auto. -

(April 13, 2019, 11:03 pm)This is not your typical dealership! Had an awesome experience here! There was no pressure, the prices were great and the vehicles were of great quality. Joyce got us in and out in an hour and a half which was really nice. The owner even talked to us and congratulated us. Would definitely recommend checking them out!
