(April 3, 2021, 9:23 am)Wow! What can I say. Had a leak under my slab. And my home and family were down without water. Amazing how we take running water for granted!! I first spoke with their office staff. I was really impressed with the response. Then I Spoke with Chad on the phone and he was really helpful and understood my situation with some empathy!! That’s rare these days. Thanks Chad! He sent a employee named Brad to take care of my situation. All I can say about him, is the guy knew his job! And he also was empathetic about my situation. He took care of things and didn’t skip a beat. High quality work and clean up. Thanks Brad!
