We stayed at Oak and Luna in Big Bear, CA for my fiancé‘s birthday and it was amazing. From the moment we checked in at the WOW office, it was first class treatment the whole way. We also extended our stay one day without any hassle. I can’t wait to go back to Oak and Luna or another WOW property. Big thank you to Ryan and the team there.

We just returned from our week long vacation at a lakefront house in Big Bear. We had a wonderful time as a family enjoying the many activities Big Bear has to offer. WOW rentals was easy to work with when booking. They withdrew payments as in the contract but it would have been nice to get a heads up message that the balance was going to be withdrawn as it was quite a large chunk. We arrived after 5 so the house was just open for us to enter. We were surprised to see other people on the property but WOW was quick to remedy that confusion.
There were some issues with the property itself that we have already made suggestions about. The one area that WOW could have done better was regarding the trash situation. Considering the cost of this lakefront rental, it was very frustrating to have to drive our trash to a different location every day or so. I understand Big Bear has restrictions on how guests are not allowed to leave trash at the rental. However, this should be a service that WOW provides to their guests. We had 7 people for a week and we accumulated a lot of trash, which meant frequent drives to the trash collection site. I know other management companies and even private rentals that do this for their guests. I hope WOW will consider this service to their guests in Big Bear. Thank you!

This lovely home is situated right on the lake and was spacious enough to accommodate three families with young children. We really appreciated the large open plan family/dining/kitchen area where everyone could gather and enjoy the antics of the babies. Each family had their own king-sized bed with private bathroom – with even a bedroom left over. The house, and particularly the kitchen is really well appointed and we found everything we needed to prepare meals. Best of all really is the location with beautiful views of sunrise and sunset right out the window. No matter the amount of bustle in town you can quickly return to the serenity and quiet in a matter of minutes. The house was perfectly clean, the management was responsive and we all agreed that we want to come back in the summer.

We loved our rental and can't wait to go back. It was very clean and comfortable. It as spacious and had everything we needed. Ryan was helpful in getting the reservation set for us and our timeline. We will definitely choose WOW again!

We loved our stay at the Canyon Crest Lodge (it's the second WOW property we stayed in)! Everything about the house was absolutely perfect. We very much enjoyed breathtaking views from the deck while sitting around the fire table. The layout of the house was perfect, kitchen very nice, everything clean and shiny. Rental company is terrific - very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.
