Great staff and super friendly people that care about your dog.

I've been to several furniture shops in the big bear area and by far this was my favorite one. They had super cute items and they put the safety of employees and customers first by making sure they require masks and provide sanitizer at the door. We purchased a mattress from them and we are very happy with it. I would recommend this place to others.

We needed a new couch for our cabin and they had the perfect sofa sleeper. Prices were great and the delivery was same day. Customer service was amazing.

I've been to 2 of their 3 locations on the mountain, each one treats you with care and consideration. I've always felt they wanted to be sure I get what I need and that I'll be happy. In fact, I've been there numerous times and haven't bought a ton of things, yet!!! I did buy a mattress, they have a large selection and free speedy delivery!!

If you need an interior decorator, they have them on staff, just ask!! The Village location has one working during opening hours, stop by and see her! If you need flooring, bedding, blinds-see Pat, she's a gem!

The staff at Haus and Home Furnishings & Big Bear Mattress were very informative and helpful. Both, the lady that sold us the mattress and the gentleman who delivered it. They were really kind, when I can be kind of tough on people! They were fantastic.
