  This gym is awesome! I have found the perfect workout spot for me and my husband.I found here! Great range of group classes for me and a lot of great equipment! Been coming here for months .Definitely recommend this gym to anyone.

  This is one of the most client focused gyms I have ever joined. The owner and staff are very attentive and really listen to the needs of their customers and creates custom workouts to help achieve their goals. The workouts are never boring. I've been a member for 2 months and within the first month I ve lost 8 pounds. Jay the owner is the real deal.

  Love this gym! The owner is fantastic and has a challenging Saturday bootcamp. They offer a wide variety of classes, everyone is supportive and friendly. They have all the equipment you’d ever need! Great value

  I absolutely love this gym! I love the owner and the people who work there. Place always feels welcoming. The equipment is great but my favorite thing there is the boxing ring! I’ve been training for three years boxing and the ring is amazing! Love this place!

  This place is a awesome Gym! You cannot beat the cost for this. Plenty of equipment to get a great workout with free weights or machines. They also have plenty of cardio machines as well.The list of classes that they offer is all included in the membership, you will not find that anywhere in the area. The owner Jay is first class and if you need trainers they are very well qualified. You will not be disappointed!
