Great experience. We were seen quickly and Allison was great with my 8 year old. He hates haircuts and he was actually really happy this time. She really listened to what he (& I) wanted. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. A very painless process (which is not always the case!). I am not a big sports fan and all the TVs were showing sports but it wasn't obnoxiously loud so I could just catch up on some emails on my phone and the chairs were comfy in the waiting area. My only negative feedback is the price. $20 plus tip for a kid's haircut seems high to me. She did wash his hair after though, which was nice since we had other errands to run and I was afraid he would be itchy. I would have tipped more if the price was lower. Overall, very good service and we will be back.
