I haven't had a class with all of the instructors yet but Chris Ann was very thorough, professional, and patient. I'd never completed a class before but my experience at Pilates Circle left me impressed with the level of expertise and knowledge they provide. I was pushed but not to a detrimental limit. Definitely worth a go!
Started attending classes here and it's been great. There are both classes in the morning and evening, in addition to private classes. Each session is 50 minutes long and classes hold 8 people max.
I love the this workout is gentle to the knees but still an excellent overall body workout.
I found this location through living social when I bought a 5 class package. On their website, you can sign up for a free class. Once you register, you will be able to sign up for classes online. *You must cancel 12 hours before, otherwise you will be charged.
