(January 27, 2019, 8:26 pm)WE had a little trouble with the thermostat. We called down to the desk and a hotel rep (Toni) came right away and found the problem. Every employee was extremely friendly and very helpful. Great customer service.
(December 23, 2018, 9:08 pm)Room was clean and they even provided rose petals for us as we got married the day we stayed. Very polite and friendly staff. Located in the same are as Lowes in Chino Hills, it's kind of hidden but easy to get to. Parking is everywhere. 10/10 would book again
(December 17, 2018, 12:28 am)I came to California for a birthday and we have loved how friendly the staff is and how nice the hotel is. The check-in was quick and easy. Our room is so nice with a view of the pool. I love the breakfast selections. We are leaving on Tuesday but we will be back.
(December 12, 2018, 10:37 pm)The hotel was comfortable, clean and welcoming. The garden by the pool was lovely, but there was a strong smell like a cattle yard. (I don't know if there is anything that can be done about it, but it was unfortunate.)
The hotel staff were very nice. The breakfast food ran out before the end of the breakfast time.
(November 14, 2018, 9:19 pm)I have been staying at this Ayres location in Chino Hills for many years now. The staff has always taking care of me perfectly. One staff member that always goes the extra mile is Larry. He has been there for a long time and he is one of the reasons I keep coming back. He is a superlative employee. I am surprised he is not in management at this point. He definitely should be. Great customer service.
As always, the room was clean and all was good with my stay. Thanks again.
