Walked into the EDD office for some assistance as the website reflected I needed to complete a form which I didn't recall receiving. (I tried to call EDD a number of times but its nearly impossible to reach a person to speak with).

Once you walk in, you write your name down and take note of the number next to your name. When they call you, you can walk up to the window and be assisted by one of the staff members. I didn't have to wait too long to be assisted and the person that assisted me was friendly and corrected the issue quickly. The hold was removed and I was able to get paid (direct deposit the next day) so i'm thankful.

*tip: if you need help with the EDD, go to the office rather than calling in.

Janet was very helpful and resolved an issue we had been dealing with for 3 months. Other employees would pass it on or just hang up on us. She took the time to look into the situation and see that they had what they needed and fixed it. She is great! Security was kind as well.
