It's rare that I can find the time to go out of my way to extend kuddos or to even write a complaint these days, as my busy schedule is just that...B U S Y !!!; But throughout the last 2 months, I've personally been in contact with several different agents from various real estate groups in OC, LA & San Bernardino offices and they all seem to be highly lacking in customer relations and follow-thru! I first contacted Mary K. regarding a home she had listed in Ontario. Mary was very flexible with her availability during the week (even amidst both of our demanding & ever-changing schedules). Due to some unforeseen events during the week, our meeting had to be rescheduled for during the weekend. Mary has continuously been responsive throughout our communications & informed me that even though she wouldn't be available during that time, she would have here partner Jason contact me to reschedule before the end of the day. To my welcoming surprise, I received a phone call from Jason an hour later. Jason W. was also very flexible with scheduling & courteous as well.
