(December 11, 2018, 11:47 pm)Been running this trail twice a week for almost two years. Great place. People just need to be careful with their small pets. I've seen Coyotes ON the trail a few times, and heard a howling pack just a few hours ago.

(April 12, 2018, 12:28 pm)I love 2.1+ miles hike, but you do get a nice work out going up hill whatever way you walk, so take your time. But if you walk it everyday you tend to get bored. Just make sure you stretch a bit as your hamstrings get tired & sore after going up hill, especially after walking around loop 2 or more times. Bring your water.

(February 3, 2018, 1:57 pm)Great trail 2.25 miles of steep and moderate hills. Secluded enough to not be over crowded but still close to freeway access. Fantastic morning hike/run.
