Andrew was great to have representing us during our home search and sale process. Trying to buy and sell at the same time can be tricky and Andrew made the whole process seem simple. We had very high expectations for the home we wanted and Andrew found the perfect fit and negotiated a deal that helped us reach our goals. Andrew listed my loft in DTLA and was able to get record price per square footage for the building located in Arts District. He also helped me purchase my new home all within a few months. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and negotiates the best possible terms on his clients behalf.

I knew Andrew was in the business and doing good but after going through the experience I realized all the work that goes into this type of business. Late night phone calls,meetings,texts no matter what time Andrew was there. Andrew is very dedicated and truly cares about the customer. I didn't realize the time and effort that is put into buying a house. I am forever grateful for Andrew's time,concern,advice,support and so much more during this process. He explained everything in detail. Very patient and understanding. He truly made a difference put things into perspective and got us our Dream Home.
