  Mike Thompson RV help me in a time that was very trying my wife had passed away. I had to sell my RV because I could not afford it anymore. They help me and paid the finance company for my RV and really did a good job. I took it to Temecula RV. They tried to cheat me out of it. I would highly recommend recommend Thompson RV to anybody. They're great to deal with and someday when I can buy another motor home. I will buy one there thank you very much mike thompson r b

  We had a great experience here! We did a lot of research and due diligence before coming to this location. We visited a few other places as well. Thad, our sales associate, was great from start to finish. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but he also gave advice for what we are hoping to do with our new toy hauler. He gave us great advice and tips along the way. He was also great to our kids when we came back to show them! Sheldon was great as well. He even remembered all of our children’s names when we came back for our walk through! Everyone here is very kind and goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect before you make any decisions and also before they deliver! We are very thankful for our experience here! We are excited for the adventures ahead in our new Momentum!

  We purchased an RV from this Colton dealership on September 16th 2022. It has been 4 months and we have no plates, the gps/rearview camera and ice maker that were supposed to come with the RV has not been sent to us (it was handwritten in the contract to provide these items). We have called over 10 times regarding these issues and we are always given the run around (waiting on parts/we'll look into that and call you back/there's a new parts manager now/thats the DMV/cleaner's responsibility not ours).

  I finally called and demanded to talk to someone in charge. Tomas seemed professional and agreed with me that this situation is ridiculous and assured me he would take care of it.... it took some time but Tomas eventually unraveled the details and figured out all of the mistakes that the rest of his team had made. The two items are being shipped and we recieved the information required to obtain our plates. Thank you Tomas.

  Ends up our plates were delivered but to the incorrect address. There was a miscommunication and it was somewhat understandable. Tomas provided us with a $100 visa card to get AAA so that we don't have to deal with the DMV. This was greatly appreciated and I feel satisfied that our issues were corrected and made right. I raised the rating to 3 stars due to the fact that the problem was remedied. We're awaiting the parts that were shipped and once we receive them I will raise the rating to 4 stars.
