  Are you new to the mountains or interested in meeting like-minded people? REFRESH is the place for you to begin your journey of growth and happiness in the mountains. Thank you to all who have shared their knowledge and experience here. Especially David and Simon, who provided something more than just a space to meet; a community within a community with such beautiful experiences that extend beyond wellness and into everyday life.

  I’ve been going to this yoga studio for almost two years now. I’ve never really enjoyed yoga before I came to this studio and I must say that I’ll never look back or stop soon! The classes are outside under the trees and have been as enjoyable as being inside. Erin’s classes are amazing and she will accommodate any skill level from beginner to expert. You have to wear a mask during practice which takes time to get use to. There are more yoga instructors with different types of classes and all the info is on their website 😊

Chirstine O' Hara — REFRESH

CHRISTINE O'HARA. Christine O'Hara took her first yoga class in 2008 for P.E. credits during her first year into college. And the rest is history. She completed her Yoga Alliance 200HR teacher training in 2013 in Redlands, California at Inner Evolution. She is trained in Ashtanga (8 Limbs) yoga, with a focus in vinyasa, yin, and restorative.

Aminah Teachout — REFRESH

She has taught Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and signature formats for children and families since 2014. She is also a certified coach and doula, and perpetually studies yoga as a systemic intervention for mental health issues.
