  First time here and it was great. Their mild salsa is not hot at all, their hot has more kick. Good food nice environment. Will be going back to try other menus items.

  Great food for for a reasonable price depending on the meal option. It's usually served quickly, which is always great. I usually just get it to go for my family by dinner time. It's definitely different from KFC and Pollo Loco, and I actually prefer this chicken over those. Their chicken rice is really good too.

  So I was in the mood for some chicken, but not fried chicken. I had seen this Juan Pollo when I drove by a couple of times prior. Off we went and what a meal we had! Fresh off the fire rotisserie chicken at it's best. Neither my wife or mother had ever been there so they took some time browsing the menu. The young lady at the counter who was taking our order was very patient, friendly and helpful. We finished placing our order and within minutes we receiving our food.
  
  The chicken was well cooked, well seasoned and tasty. I ordered a chicken bowl and it was gigantic, tasty but gigantic. My wife's chicken burrito was also huge, she enjoyed it. My kids really liked their food as well. Everyone was more than satisfied with their food and looking forward to their next visit to Juan Pollo. The dining room could use some TLC but everything else was good.

But, the chicken at juan pollo is about 20% larger than at pollo loco Juan Pollo in my humble opinion is the best tasting chicken ever. They have a very good tasting potato salad and always fresh salsa.
