Dr. Benny Guzman listens carefully and explains thoroughly various medical issues that could be happening! He is very personable! Gives opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Can do blood draws in house. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be brought into the exam room. Personnel taking vitals are friendly and professional. Medical authorizations for specialists frequently given on same date at end of office visit. Electronic prescriptions sent to our pharmacist same day also. Prescription refills issued timely when requested by our pharmacist. Dr. Guzman and his staff are the best!! We patronize his Fontana office. 😊
