  Our technicians were great! They were professional, polite, and informative. Arrived on time and got right to work. They were careful to always put their booties on before entering the house. Repairs were done well and they cleaned up the work area when done. The price quoted was what was due and payment was easy. We were very impressed with this company and definitely recommend AAVCO.

  This is the first time I used Aavco for plumbing service and I must say I was very pleased with the work. Javier Morales is a true professional, very courteous. He arrived on time, placed covers on his shoes and proceeded to explain to me exactly what he was going to do and when finished showed what he had done. Work was done in a timely manner and he left everything neat and clean. I highly recommend Aavco, oh, did I mention they're pricing is very reasonable.

  I’ve always had Aavco do all my repairs and services and today was another great example of there great customer service and professionalism. There technician Trevor came out to service my unit and right at the door I was greeted professionally and respectfully. Trevor was very thorough in his inspection and clean. He took his time to make sure he inspected every part of my unit and made sure to document all possible problems and watch outs. After the inspection and service Trevor sat down with me and gave me all possible ways to resolve my issues and explained why he recommended all. Service like this is one of the many reasons I always call on Aavco.

  All workers involved gave amazing service, were knowledgeable, courteous, dedicated, and worked well together. Trevor has very good people skills and loves to work with others in a caring, respectful, compassionate manner. Trevor is also a big tease and fun to kid with. Did great in assessing the issues going on with heat/air conditioner and water heater. All workers did fantastic. They came in & got the job done quickly. Any of these guys involve are highly recommended. They are Javier, Doug, Les, Tom & John. Thank you to all of you for a great job and respecting me as a consumer.
