  Went to get my car after repo, the. Lady who "helped" me the first day was another helpful at all, the only reason for my 4 star review is that the person who helped me when I got my car, was helpful and allowed me to get my car.

  I'm a Car Puller. I pull vehicles out of the auction for auto transporters. I love the LOT VISION. Helps find units quick and easy. It's not always foolproof, but there's always someone who can help in some capacity, you just need to find them and ask. The one problem I do have is when I need a jump box I have a hard time finding one, or I have to walk and walk and walk before I run across one. They tell me they're all over, but I'm telling you, not so much. If they're going to be all over at least strategically put them in locations sporadic enough that we can run across them eventually. There was one lane head working on one of the lanes and I asked him, do you know where ANOTHER jump box is that I could use, since he had one right in front of him, he grabbed onto his and sternly said, no this one's mine and I don't know where any are I'm not over there I'm right here. That, I'm sure had a good explanation, but I'm sorry, you do not treat people that aren't under your thumb like that. You don't talk to potential customers like that. He didn't know who I was. And he was quite rude when all I asked, very nicely, was if he knew where one was. I thought the auctions thing was once the cars are bought get them out of there so they have room for new and improved units coming in. Why does it sometimes feel like they're making it more and more difficult to get them out? But I still like SCAA and its people, just not that guy.
  One more thing, why is Manheim getting rid of the lock boxes? It's going to cause vehicles to become stolen if we don't have a secure place to put the keys for the transporters. Reason? I'd really like to understand.
