Area is always patrolled by the Sheriffs dept. Safe area to leave your car.
Clean, Well lit, Nice neighborhood not in the middle of the Hood or busy intersection. I Use it often. Only downfall is that to exit and enter on Beech you Must use the carpool lanes (It's made that way) so you may have to improvise.
