I love this place! It’s clean, priced good. I love the in the cut location. I rented here before, I should’ve NEVER left, due to problems I encountered at Prime Storage, and THEY SUCK! Very poor Customer service. I had the BEST experience with Yasmine on 11/07/2022! She was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! She helped me with an issue that I didn’t think could be resolved, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND as I was so emotional. I’m grateful for that.

We have had the best experience with Extra Space Storage. Reserving a unit online was a breeze. We went to the facility today and it is so clean and nice. We were so impressed. Rob, the manager, was so kind, friendly and helpful as well!

Rob is great! He is so helpful. We were back and forth on where to rent a storage unit. We went all around Quincy looking for one but in the end we went with the one on Old Colony, partially because of how great Rob is. He made the whole process so much easier for us. He was very patient and answered all of our questions.
