“Work for Knight, this is by far the worst terminal so far. In terms of the lounge, it’s nice, but how can a company allow dogs and then forbid them from the lounge? Have to get truck fixed, and get told we can’t leave them in the truck, can’t take them inside, can’t leave them outside... So aggravating. Other than that, the staff is mostly friendly. Only thing I can say is, if the company allows dogs they should at least make an indoor area we can stay with them.”
