  Hands down the best customer service and car repair experience I have gone through. Terry at Blue Mountain and his team were honest and upfront about the repair cost. They provided me with an itemized detailed work order. Spelling out exactly what the parts would cost, and what the hourly rate would be to perform the work. There was no hidden fees and no nonsense. Not only did Blue Mountain's friendly staff and service exceed my expectations, but they even went one step further by detailing my truck and making it SHINE! =) Thank You Terry and Staff for bringing my truck back to its beautiful and original state. I highly recommend this collision center to anyone who wants there vehicle to be taken care of the right way the first time!

  I was in an accident for the 1st time in my life, had no idea how the process worked. As soon as I walked into Blue Mountain Collision Center the Staff greeted me and made me feel so comfortable. They were friendly and knowledgeable and fixed my Honda in a reasonable amount of time. Best customer service, I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank You

  Love this shop! Took my car in for repairs on a sideswipe. Blue Mountain Collision Center did an outstanding job, finished on time AND washed and detailed my car. They even fixed a door ding that wasn't part of the accident! Everyone was so friendly & professional, they even called me ahead to let me know there was a freeway closure and major traffic so I could find a quicker alternate route! On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give them an 11!
