  Shockingly good :) After 12+ years of shattuck caring for our cars, I now have stopped being concerned for them. We have never had the smallest problem. This shop runs above expectations. . Knowledgeable, punctual as agreed, friendly and professional!

  I was battling with my truck for days, trying to fix it, and finely I threw in the towel..I called around, being new to the HD. and I knew this was the right place just by talking to the mechanic (Bob). I told him everything that was going on with my truck and he said "bring it in" the AAA tow truck driver added to my feeling about Shattuck's when he said "this place is the best up here" sure enough Bob was kind enough to give me a ride home and assured me that he will do his best, and that he did!! thank you Bob, for getting me back on the road, and thank you Denise for your super nice friendly service.
