  Liberation Fitness has completely changed my life. If you are looking for the real deal, and ready to feel the best you’ve ever felt in your life, look no further. The coaches are down to earth people, who know exactly how to scale each workout so that you work hard, and feel accomplished every time you walk out of the gym.
  
  This isn’t just a gym focused on losing weight, toning, or body image. It truly is focused on the whole body and mind. From the warm ups, to the cool downs, the focus on taking care of our bodies when we are exhausted, teaching us how to roll out those extremely sore muscles, focusing on breathing throughout the workouts, tweaking our food and nutrition so that we are fueling our bodies in a way that allows for more intensity in the gym, and building relationships with the community of members, it is all top priority at Liberation.
  
  Coach Aaron makes it feel like you have a personal trainer with you throughout every single workout. He is there helping you with technique, scaling the workout if necessary, encouraging you to push through when it is tough, and believing in you when you may be doubting yourself. He is also amazingly able to remember every single person’s injuries and concerns. From bad shoulders, to messed up knees, Coach Aaron is there every step of the way and will modify anything to allow you to continue strengthening those weak areas and improve yourself along the way.
  
  Another huge benefit at Liberation is the health and nutrition coaching that is included in every membership. Coach Alena is great at taking us from where we are in our nutrition, and guiding us to take realistic steps to improve.
  
  Lastly, the community of members at Liberation is phenomenal. I was nervous to walk into a new place, and attempt to do workouts that seemed so far above my ability. But, every single workout, I was met by smiling faces, and encouragement. Members are like a family, greeting one another by name, cheering each other on through really tough workouts, and encouraging each other every step of the way.
  
  Long story short… Liberation is the place to be. If you want the whole package; health, nutrition, physical training, community, friendship, and a place where you feel just as comfortable as you do in your own home… take the leap and try out Liberation. You won’t regret it.

  Great people, great delicious quality home made meals. It’s nice to find people that actually care about you and your health and not their pocketbooks. Coaches are way helpful, it’s seriously like a family!

  I just finished my fifth week at Liberation Fitness and this gym is extremely awesome. I knew from my first workout or WOD, that I wanted to sign up. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and really see each client as an individual. They are supportive and encouraging at every workout. I feel myself getting stronger every day. I am so happy that I found this gym.

  Coach Aaron & Alena @ Liberation Fitness have opened an amazing gym! Lots of variations for the daily WOD (workout of the day) keeps things exciting. Really like the advice and instruction I receive while I’m working out which keeps my technique fine tuned. I have seen major gains in my lifting ability, increased endurance and flexibility. Liberation fitness has been a game changer for me in my fitness adventure!

  This is the greatest gym around. I have joined many different gyms over the years, but I would always end up quitting after a few months, until now. I love going to Liberation and look forward to my workouts! I have been going several times a week for over 5 months, and can’t believe how much I enjoy working out now. The instruction and encouragement can’t be beat!

(760) 995-3900. This place is nothing like the Big Box gym we had gone to for years and years. This is the total package. Fitness and health all under one roof! I can't stop recommending this place on the daily. Love their workout times starting at 6am and last at 8pm and child care for my daughter!
