(February 1, 2019, 4:25 am)I had a great experience, Marlena, and Silvia and Dr. Bai were who I interacted with and they were polite, honest, and professional. I'll definitely be going back. If you decide to get and eye exam, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

(January 26, 2019, 3:17 am)Honestly I did not know what to expect after all the reviews lol but I heard about the special for $69 you get an eye exam and two pairs of glasses.
So I went to the website around 3:30pm (which was VERY easy to navigate btw) and I was able to schedule an apt SAME DAY for 5:30pm. I got there a little early but the staff was very friendly and helped me fill out the new client paper work and welcomed me to look at the frames.
The whole process took about 1 hr and 30 minutes but for a last minute/same day appointment I couldn’t complain and it honestly went by so fast. The doctor was soooo friendly and kind, easy to talk to, and went out of her way to explain everything she was doing.
I walked in there with the expectation to get an eye exam and pick out two pairs of glasses for $69 and guess what? I GOT JUST THAT. Nothing more nothing less. I read some of the reviews complaining about walking out being charged more than $69 - but it’s like ??? When people up sell just say no? Like you came in there for the $69 special and if you don’t leave with that exact price it’s because YOU made a conscious decision to upgrade without paying attention to what you were getting.
Anyways I was extremely happy with the eye doctor, the wonderful staff, and I can’t wait for my cute glasses. 10/10 would recommend. -

(January 2, 2019, 10:11 pm)Came here to try out some more affordable glasses. Eye Dr was very nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. The standard exam here does not include all the things other places I've gone too. So if you're use to the retinal and peripheral, it's extra charges. They do the standard puff air in your eye and the Dr will also take a look. The turn around time to get glasses was pretty quick. So far quality seems moderate, they do have a warranty program so maybe it's just this pair, hopefully. Have had them for a few months now and wearing them daily, the hinges seem to be getting very loose very fast. I would definitely recommend asking for a quoted price before going through the process as everything adds in to the price, which is a drawback from the ads that get people in here to shop. Anti glare, poly lens, transitions is all things to consider but they will help you and explain things if you just ask. Would definitely shop around before just settling on frames here, they are cute but for the price, I feel like they should be better. I previously went to Walmart, yes Walmart and spent about the same on lens and frames and those lasted me 4 Years with heavy use no problem. But overall was a pleasant experience here.
