  Best serve I have received at B&BW hands down. Now I normally get pretty good customer service when I've entered any of these but these associates went ABOVE AND BEYOND !!! They need to be rewarded. I was in there with kids and everything and they were super helpful and nice!!

  Great Store with knowledgeable staff that know the laws about not allowing dogs in without a leash. Knowledgeable about products. Will shop here again.

  Went there today to do my Christmas shopping. Just recently had surgery and i couldn’t lift more than 5 pounds. Isabella helped carry my items and even stood in line with me. I was so impressed with how nice and helpful she was. She even went above and beyond and loaded my 2 huge bags in the car. I love this store and really appreciated all her help and I could tell she truly loves her job!

  Recently visited this location for the first time. I purchased some items online and opted for the in store pick up. The shop was nicely organized, clean, and had a wide variety of options.
  Their customer service was amazing. I was greeted right away and asked if I was looking for anything special. When I said I was doing an online pick up they were quick to get me my order and fix the issue I had with one of my items. Everyone I spoke to was kind, friendly, and helpful.

  So glad there is another Bath & Body Works other than in the mall! We went during the semi-annual sale and it was a lot of fun. Holiday 3-wick candles were only 10.50 and a lot of other items were marked down quite a bit. The only thing was, in the mall, they are constantly bugging you to help you and to try new things. Well here, we couldn't get any help. Maybe they were too busy but it just so happened that we really needed help, this time. That's ok. Still love it!
