I started my relationship with the Alford Insurance Agency a few months ago. I represented a client who has some significant health issues and needed me to interface with her insurance broker on her behalf.

The assistant that helped me with my policy issues was Ms Kelly. From the time she answered my call until my issue was corrected she was polite, professional and very knowledgeable of her job.
