  Great gym. I bring my kids here and my my sister goes here for the fitness training.

  I took kickboxing classes here. The place was spotlessly clean. Management was kind, helpful, encouraging. Not like those prissy commercial joints, this gym has a gritty old-school "Rocky Balboa" atmosphere. Love that kind of authenticity!

  All 4 of my children come to this gym im so happy i signed them up here , it’s family oriented , the gym is very clean and the coach works really well with all the kids / young adults any age group , 3 of my older children lost a lot of weight and there attitude changed in a positive way , The coach is funny and has a good personality with the kids and at the same time he is strict and the kids respect him . my kids now have that confidence they needed , I recommend this boxing gym to everyone !! :)

  Best gym in the high desert hands down !! Ive been a member for about 3 years . The first year i lost 85lbs! It is a nice clean facility with a good variety of workout equipment , professionals come visit often, and members are friendly. The coach is outstanding: really funny guy,he really knows his stuff, makes really good boxers,helps everyone and really cares for his students. The program is meant to prepare athletes for competition and it does . Members receive 1 on 1 training, and lots of sparring. Regardless of what you are looking for you can find it here.
