I was picking up my dog Tyson who just had surgery today. I have a brand new car, I hated to put him in the car, which would end up with a lot of dog hair. Cheris offered to put a clean cushioned bedding from the clinic, placing it in my back seat, using extra sheets I brought to make more layers of protection, helping me settle the dog in the car, secure his lash on the hood to prevent him from moving too much. After 6 miles and 10 min I was home. There was no a single hair left in the car. What a beautiful person with beautiful job!!!
By contrast, when I first asked if I could put the dog in the deep trunk with some opening, since it is only 6 mile away. Everyone told me no and it is against the law, which I got that. But one woman went “ if you are going to put him in the trunk I will call police now!” I was shocked! After I put almost every dollar and two credit cards to pay near $700 for the rescued dog’s surgery, I don’t desire such an assault from the clinic I highly respect . Interestingly, she denied that she is a staff but she is managing the clinic’s computers.
This five star rating is for Cheris who went extra steps to constructively solve the customer’s problem, not for the one threatening to call police over a customer’s thought. I count her out. But If the clinic counts her in, I deserve an apology.
I don't know why this place doesn't have more reviews. I got great service here. Sheree and Marie were wonderful. Dropped the cats off for spay/neuter and picked them up right on time. Didn't have long to wait at all. The office is clean and spacious enough and the prices are very good. The cats were alert and seemed fine when I picked them up. Will definitely go there again.

Hesperia Veterinary Services is the only ones that helped me with the costs. They are very nice and so caring. my Chihuahua passed but they are excellent with my Carin terrier. He has epileptic seizures and they have been spot on with medical texts and his medication. I am super happy with them. Great place. See More
