(May 27, 2018, 6:05 pm)Lauren is sweet spirited and very knowledgeable, not only about the mechanics of Pilates, but of our bodies. I was told I was going to have rods put in my neck. I had to wear a huge brace. Lauren worked in conjunction with my physical therapist, and I have been pain free for 5 years! Lauren is a professional in every way.
