(April 30, 2018, 11:09 am)We walked in at 7 pm 4/28/18 , I've never seen the waiting room was as empty as tonight. There must've been an angel that walked in there with me.
I was called in like in 10 minutes.
I know the length of waiting can be a hit and miss, maybe I lucked out tonight ?
All the staff outside and inside were very sweet and polite considering they have been there at work for the whole day. My triage / admitting nurse Bonnie was extremely caring, sweet, professional, and super understanding and compassionate in regards to my condition. She should get a DAISY AWARD. Thank you , Bonnie. you brought comfort to my heart because you understood how I felt. 5 stars for you. Thank you. :)
