I walked into the Metro store I was greeted right away the guy that was there showed me a lot of new phone options that fit with in my budget he was able to help me upgrade my phone at the best price 10/10 recommended

I needed a new phone but had been putting it off. Since I've always dealt with MetroPCS and was in the neighborhood, I decided to stop in this store. I am so happy and relieved that I did! I came in on two different days. Both times I was welcomed and treated like a valued customer. At the first visit it was just me being waited on. I was given the time and opportunity to make a informed decision by the kind customer service agent (Amir)who patiently answered my questions. When I returned in follow up a couple of days later, no Amir. This time I met Louie, who was engaged with a couple in-store customers and also speaking with service personnel over the phone. Yet he managed to acknowledge my presence with a smile. I'm easygoing so it was no problem with me waiting until it was my turn. Again most excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store. Clean store. Clean small parking lot.

Great service. The guys there are great and helpful with everything. Will be back for new phones in the future!
