Fortunately for me the exact unit size I needed was available and with an enticingly promotional rate I was able to become a tenant, with paperwork in hand, in less than 30 minutes. Wow! That's what I call effortless.

(March 7, 2017, 6:12 pm)We haven't been there long enough to see how our stuff is, so the review is for the rental process and cleanness of the unit. Maria is fantastic. She gave us a good deal, and while she was helping us rent a unit, someone came in angry that their rent had slightly increased. Maria was very calm and respectful and tried considerately to work out a solution. The customer left much calmer than they entered.
