I love this provider for my power chairs. I have had couple emergencies on both and they always come to the rescue.
When the wrong walking assistance device was ordered and delivered I showed the company employee what I actually needed. He said don't worry we will take care of it. Not only did they take care of it but they did so quickly. Within a week the device I needed was delivered and bonus... He remembered the color I wanted. Both employees that I dealt with were kind and patient. Hopefully my insurance continues to work with them.
