This store does a good job of forecasting sales/orders so that the food that is pre-cooked does not sit too-long in the heated display bins where the customers view and order. Further to that, I do not mind one bit if I need to wait for a fresh order to be completed if the display bin is empty as the chef's wok-it-up quickly and deliciously. The reason for the one-less star is I wanted to try a new menu item that was displayed in ad banners in-store but the employee stated the item was unavailable because the sauce ingredients for the dish were delayed due to supple-chain issues. Perhaps that is not the fault of the store but take down the display for the new item until it is indeed available.
