The Paseos at Montclair North

I am a current tenant and have been for 1 year. This past weekend our management threw a pool party for our community. They had a Dj, OPEN BAR (Yes unlimited  free alcohol) and yummy food! They had games with gift card prizes. It was the perfect setting to meet so many neighbors, and a fun way to get to know the staff. It felt like Vegas at home. Thank you Paseos Management, it was awesome!

The Paseos at Montclair, is a Beautiful complex with amazing amenities. It's clean, quiet and offers a friendly community. Josh, Pam, and Betty are very helpful and professional. There very responsive and hands on, I value all the hard work they do for our community. The Maintenance staff is very friendly, polite, and are extremely efficient. All in all, a great place to live!!!

Thank you to Joshua and Mark for being great leasing people for me! I have been here for 3 years and they have always taken care of me. I went to the event they threw at the pool today and it was an amazing experience! Thank you to the paseos for welcoming me and making me feel apart of the family.

Thanks to Pamela for a great and amazing time and josh also! It was such great vibes and fun time. Everything was well organized and mark even had this party lit like it was one for the books….

I love this property, it’s like living in a resort. Really beautiful. Pamela is always amazing in resolving my problems. She is the best manager the property has had.
