Same classy staff and same classy atmosphere, with the gals that are Number ONE in customer service! I watch with amazement as they call so many customers by name, anticipate their needs, and often bring out packages and mail before the customer even asks for it! What a fantastic place to drop off mail and packages, and to pick mine up at this location!

As for me and my family, we wish dear, sweet, professional, and entrepreneureal Jason so well on his new venture, as everything he touches turns to gold, much to his critics envy!

ANDwe have the UTMOST faith that the same excellent service will continue under Ms. Malyssa!

We continue to appreciate getting timely notifications of any mail reecieved, walking out with receipts for taking in packages, and friendly, courteous service, to boot! HIGH QUALITY!
Finely tuned staff that works extremely well under the leadership of Jason, an extremely effective team leader who knows how to bring out the best in his staff. Each and everyone is sincerely helpful as we make a transition to this new town and need to learn the ropes. LOVE receiving texts notifications that my packages have arrived, LOVE being remembered and called out by name, and LOVE the skill and organization of a group who works so well together to further my USPS and FedEx needs! Highly, HIGHLY recommend this location (even thought I want to be selfish and keep it secret and all to myself!!).

Customer service under the new management has really declined. I don't know if it's racism or just egotism that they, especially the manager, I believe his name is Jason, who especially, treats customers so condescendingly. Asking simple questions get met with such disdain; it's almost as if they watched 'Clerks' a few too many times and are just power tripping, because that's all they have. This guy is no Randal Graves, not even entertaining, it's not even funny. Don't even dare asking for a drop off receipt, they'll accuse you of being a criminal for attempting mail fraud! Seriously, and if politely asked why, they'll blame it on USPS policy who, because I checked, has no existing policy.

I only stop here now when I'm in a rush and even then when I must. Before the new crew I gave them regular business. Thanks to them I Click-n-Ship now.

I have been with OH Postal for years! Jason is the sweetest, kindest, most respectful person I have ever dealt with. Not just to me, but I observe him that way with everyone who comes in the door! Customer service is their main goal, and it shows.

I am constantly shipping items therefore I constantly have to visit this location. This location offers great service. Eric was very friendly and courteous. He was so knowledgeable that he was able to help me get the best shipping for my products. Over all of his very safe and clean location I will continue to come here for all my shipping needs.
