He spent hours, including staying 3 hours over to ensure that we get to drive out of there with our new car. He was thorough, extremely pleasant, very easy to work with, and absolutely transparent about everything we needed to know. Their customer service is unmatched and I just wanted to take time out of my day to give them praise because customer service is really hard to find these days and they treat you like family!
