I had the pleasure of assitant fron Eliana today i found her to be very professiona, patient, friendly, abd the up most with customer service and satifcation.

I was in despare and seemed hopeless for lack of skills and ability to have access to ny telephobe service ans contact. .

I had been without my phone for a few days and wasnt able to access my apps or the internet that i was dependent on for basic needs.

The customer service i went into another location seeking help and i was told by another rep she didn't know how to take the sim out i was devisated and that's when i contact the cricket ontario 4th st store and the young lady assured me that they will help me which they did magnificently.

And im so glad i came here. The complete staff here appitimizes customer service and satifcation and a result restored my faith in cricket brand. :D

This place is amazing! They helped me deal/do everything in order to switch my phone over and also to add 2 lines for my kids. They have the newest phones for a very great price! Im very happy i found them an i plan on keeping them for my carrier as long as they keep it up wit there exellence!
