Angel, my Ultrasound tech, was amazing. She made me comfortable and was thorough with her task. Other than getting long holds while trying to schedule (took me two days to schedule), the rest was a breeze! I got lucky with a fast appointment, no waiting and prompt communication. Schedulers were knowledgeable and reception was great! The place, bathrooms and my private room was clean, modern and nice.
Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with this location. I had my ultrasound done here recently and my ultrasound technician Angel was absolutely amazing! She is so kind and makes you feel comfortable during the whole exam:)The receptionist Jacky was also so welcoming and sweet!

I’d like to take a moment and acknowledge Cindy, here at centerlake Ontario. After being on the phone for about 45 minutes trying to schedule an appointment, I was able to get transferred to the front desk which I then was on call with Cindy for about 5 minutes. Appointment is set, all my questions and concerns were answered. Cindy is very polite, kind, and professional. More like her please!
