I was named in a bogus civil lawsuit--actually more like a shake down. Sagi represented me and got me dismissed with prejudice (finality - they can't pursue me in the future).

The plaintiff was clearly trying to get me to settle and pay him off rather than incur the ruinous expense of going to trial. I was tempted at first to do just that -- to settle, but Sagi assured me the case had no merit and that I would ultimately be dismissed from the suit, so I hired him. So glad I did! It was the only time I have required legal services in my 60+ years.

Sagi is fair. He answers emails and phone calls within hours or at most a day. He accounts for every dollar he charges and answers every question. He meets every court deadline. He's a very good lawyer. Highly recommend!

Schwartzberg really helped me in a very tough situation. The DA wanted to throw the book at me but fortunately they helped me out.
