Comfort Suites Ontario Airport Convention Center

I am surprised that the rating is not higher than what it is on Orbitz. You can tell that the management staff really takes pride in this hotel, it is very clean, smells fantastic and the room was awesome. I hope I have another trip to this area as I would definitely, and not hesitate to stay at this property again!

Nice hotel, but I wasn't impressed with the service. The staff at the front desk wasn't that friendly.
The room keys kept deactivating, so I had to go back and forth to the front desk to change them! If they know how many days a guest is staying, they should be able to avoid this situation. A guest staying more than one night doesn't want to have to keep going back and forth to the front desk to change their keys. This made me feel like they wanted me to hurry up and leave!

The breakfast was decent, but the scrambled powdered eggs were bad!

Maria made check in quick and easy, she's awesome! The housekeepers had our room looking and smelling great. Pretty good breakfast if I do say so myself. There was a waffle maker, sausage & eggs, cereal, and oatmeal in addition to danishes, bagels, toast, and fruit and yogurt. Everything was good and the right temperature. The pool area was clean and relaxing. I'd definitely stay here next time I'm in the area.
