  I had questions regarding my sauna and called the wholesaler (Safer Wholesale) for assistance. They could not help me and kept asking me me for a receipt and giving me the runaround. I was beyond frustrated when I got off the phone. So I searched the internet and stumbled on Golden Designs.
  
  Malei at Golden Designs was so courteous, professional, and responded promptly when she said she would. Rarely these days do you come across people who do what they say and actually listen to your issues. I really appreciated her help in answering all of my questions and assistance. Thanks again Malei... you're the best!
  
  I rarely write good reviews unless I receive exceptional great or bad service or products. As I used to work for call centers as a quality assurance manager, I know what I'm talking about :)

  Okay this was by far one of the best deals and service experiences I have had in a long time. I saw an add online, went and took a look at a dry sauna, next day they delivered it and set it up. I had one small issue and they are on it 100%. I live close to the dealer so this makes it easy. These guys are AWESOME!!!
