Unicare Community Health Center - Ontario

I bring my mother to this clinic and over the last few months I've seen that the clinic is understaffed takes a while to be seen at times they only have 1 nurse in the back that looks over worked we went this week to be for my mother to be seen and they were so busy we had to waite a while to be called in at that time there was 2 nursed a male nurse misal helping the othere girl nurse while she was helping her doctor its good teamwork as what my mother informed me but they need to be better staffed not ok for my mother to have waited almost 45 minutes to be seen

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Patel when I was a child. Now with my own children I’ve followed her to Unicare. She’s great! The staff is great very caring and in the years going to this location I’ve yet to encounter a problem. My daughter caused a scene because she’s afraid of needles and the nurse was very calm and did not loose her cool and gave my daughter time to calm down. I however was about to loose it lol. Great staff and great pediatrician.

This is the best service through medical that I have ever received, the staff was kind, friendly, and attentive. The doctor that examined me was extremely nice and was genuinely interested in my problems. 10/10
