  OUTSTANDING SERVICE Jorge Lopez is one of the most professional, proficient and knowledgeable service managers I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He was able to have expired vehicle recalls and warranty items serviced keeping my wife's car safe and on the road.
  I own a number of exotic and luxury automobiles and who would have thought the Hyundai Service Department would top them all. Thank you Jorge for your honesty and hard work.

  Awesome car buying experience. We met with Russell Harrison when we arrived.   My husband and I just purchased a Santa Fe from Andrew Scaletta. I came in one day to start looking and Andrew helped me to narrow it down to what worked best for me. After a lot of time test driving and going over details, it was between the Tucson and Santa Fe. I never felt pressured or that Andrew was rushing me, which was a first in the long day I had going from dealership to dealership. The next day, I brought my husband in to also test drive and decide which works best for us. Andrew again helped us with no pressure and took his time explaining everything in detail and let us test drive every possible choice in the two models. After a long time, we finally made the choice to go with the Santa Fe. What could have been a stressful day was far from it. Andrew holds a unique way of being professional and fun at the same time, which was much appreciated. While getting everything finalized we worked with Andrew and Dennis Evans, the manager. Both were honest, courteous, and gave us space when asked so we could make the decision that was best for us. Both held the same professionalism through negotiations and the final signing. I am very happy with our choice and recommend coming to Ontario Hyundai.

  What an amazing experience. First of all Phil was great to start off this car buying adventure with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Then I went and sat down with Brian in finance, he was very helpful and explained everything perfectly. He actually worked on my loan for over a week to get me the best possible deal. Keep up the great work and you’ve earned a customer for life.
