Didn't have what we were seeking. Staff called another store for us. That store had what we were looking for.

I just called the Leamington Erie St location to see if they had any heating pads in stock. They had sold out but the lady that answered the phone was absolutely fantastic! She ordered me some (3 to be exact) and told me somebody named Kurt will call me next week as soon as they get there. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable . She went above and beyond. Thank you, whoever you are!

Great locally owned business. Has that mom and pop feel to it, at the same time the have everything you could possibly need for your project. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly as well. Not only that, they also have the tool shop within building, huge selection in power tools, wood working tools and dust collectors. If you need anything from the Kreg line this is the place to go!

This is the best home hardware around. Wayne and Robyn the owners are so helpful ! Rest of the staff was amazing, so happy and helpful. They had 3 cute little dogs that everyone was loving and enjoying the very small and loving pets. The dogs bring smiles to everyone’s face I love seeing all 3 of them, look forward to it as I am in multiple times a week for fresh cooler water ! Make sure you stop in great energy inside

Kim, in paint, was a wonderful help today. Not only did she improve the colour of my paint; she was quite pleasant and cared about getting a better match than the store I bought it from. Thanks Kim, you're great!
