Neighborhood Nphs

We had a really positive experience at Great Escapes RV in Eureka, MO! We worked with two great sales people. There was no hassle! They were honest and decent communicators. We were really grateful for our service rep Cameron. He was thorough and explained the few things that were new to us. He got us hooked up and had our new stairs installed super quickly! We know we can trust him if any needs arise. I will be be back in about 6 weeks after we have camped a few times to hopefully make this a five star review!

Great Escapes saved the day for us when our jeep we were towing behind our motorhome had the hitch break off of it - we think due to horrible messed up interstate roads driving thru St Louis. We talked to Nathan in service and they got us right in and worked 5 hours to get it right again. Expensive fix but guys were all great in service and worked very hard to get us back on the road again the same day. Very appreciative of all their efforts to assist us in our emergency. Wonderful customer service.
