Skytech was very helpful as some things were loose from being jostled around in the mail and they walked me through every step I needed to fix/adjust everything so that it worked. 10/10 experience, I was super thankful that everything worked out as at the time the PC I bought was the most expensive purchase I had ever made and the staff helped me quite a bit and put my mind at ease. My fiancé needs a new desktop a little bit of gaming and school work and when we can afford it I will definitely be coming back to get one for her. I have sent an email, called and attempted to chat with no reply or response. Hoping to get this resolved soon but not feeling very hopeful. The two stars is because it seems like a nice piece of equipment…….if it worked ……….update I was quick to review negatively but received an email today about fixing the issue. Glad to know their customer service equals that of the product received. If my husband gets the heater her had always wanted fixed then I would give this company an easy 5 stars!”

“Heard about this place while they were running a sale but their prices are great even without one! The sales people were friendly and extremely helpful. Had a little trouble finding them at first (they're in the very back of an industrial park). They worked with me when they ran out of another stock color that I was interested in. Stock colors look much nicer in person, photos don't do them justice. Another customer in the store told me that they were very happy with the way their paint turned out so they had come back for more. I spoke with guy who mixes ALL of the stores paint formulas and it's actually high quality stuff they're selling. Will definitely be back for more.”
