“We bought a couch from Hello Furniture and they use Metro for their delivery. Metro contacted us and arranged a delivery date. There was another call to confirm everything was set. They gave us a four hour delivery time between noon and four and were here around 1230. They unboxed our sofa and put it together. Its electric so they hooked it up and made sure everything worked. I was worried with the poor reviews but maybe all the satisfied customers didn't do a review.”
