Management changed a few times over the past year however, at this time the Resident Manager Kimberly is amazing! She has really got this place back an organized. Kimberly was very understanding, kind and always willing to help. She takes her time to assure you understand what is being explained and makes herself available for any questions. They also have the kindest maintenance worker named Jose, he assured our building and amenities were always clean. Request for service at our unit was quick and easy thanks to him and Kimberly. “This hotel was definitely worth the stay, good wifi, and parking, the room didn't smell like smoke so that was a double +, the only few things I would have to complain about was the room above us making loud banging/crashing noises at 2am and again at 3am. And then the house keeping knocking on our door at 10:30am when check out is at 11:30am, we answered the door and she rudely asked my fiancé, "are you leaving?". I would say, that house keeping needs to work on their manners, other than that the stay here was great.”
